Detailed Product Description
It's a flour obtained from Italian buckwheat. It contains minerals in a high extent such calcium, phosphor, magnesium and cooper. It is a gluten free flour. It's low in proteins but contains higher amount of starch. It can be used for both sweet and savoury baked foods mixed in percentage of 10-30% with grain flour, and 20% with corn flour to prepare Taragna cornmeal mush. It is rarely used pure because it doesn't “tie” and rise.
