Detailed Product Description
Hemp flour has an amber brown colour and is impalpable. When used, it gives to the dough valuable nutrients, a light hazelnut flavour and a brown colour. It is naturally gluten free.
To obtain a dough easy to digest and rich in healthy nutrients for both stomach and bowel, it can be used in percentage of 7-15 % in all preparations with flour: bread, pizza, shortcrust pastry, sweets, pasta and gnocchi.
