Detailed Product Description
It's a product obtained from the stone milling and the partial sifting of an olden soft wheat blend (Iervicella, Frassineto,Solina) freed from impurity and extraneous substances.
Type 2 flour: it has an higher quantity of bran that the previous one. It is different from the others wholemeal flour for its darker colour and for the perfume released after bread cooking. It can be used without being mixed with others flours. Thanks to its characteristics is suitable for the preparation of bread, taralli, and rusks bread, but above all to make an olden taste bread, especially if wood even cooked. It is rich in fibre and minerals.
