Spelt Pasta Molino Agostini is made with selected spelt varieties grown in neighbouring areas. It is easy to digest thanks to its low gluten amount and represents an excellent food choise also thanks to the high amount of essential amino acids and for its antioxidant action, due to the presence of selenium and folic acid. The qualities of this product are increased by low glycemic index and a scanty fat quantity. For this reason spelt pasta should be consumed most often, with vegetable sauces or traditional ragu.
